We will go through 3 stages of consultation, confirmation of design & start of production with our clients. This will generally be completed in 6 to 12 weeks, depending on individuals.
Wedding Bands
- Full Customisation of designs

- Fitting of ring sizes @ showroom
- Complimentary laser engraving
- Complimentary cleaning polishing services for all jewellery purchased from us within 2 years *Pre-booking required
- Resizing services – Subjected to a nominal fee depending of the size differences *Not applicable for Platinum material
Sizing
Refer to our ring size guide here.
Depending on the design of your ring, the sizes might vary slightly. E.g. You might need to up 1 size for rings with a thicker width. Feel free to visit our showroom to get your ring sizes measured!

We offer complimentary ultrasonic cleaning for our returning customers. Pre-booking preferred to minimise waiting times.

Shipping
In Store Collection – Our staff will get in touch with you to make an appointment for collection at our showroom once your item is ready.
Delivery – Item will be delivered to you within 2 – 3 business days upon dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.
All of our International orders are sent using DHL, Fedex or TNT with full tracking information available. From the time your order is completed, international orders take 4-7 business days to arrive. A daytime delivery address should be provided since all parcel require a signature on delivery.

Orders above 800 SGD – Complimentary International Express Shipping
International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
